Who can request it?

Any person with legal standing: natural persons, legal persons (by means of a previously accredited legal representative).

Required documentation

There are two phases to the processing procedure.

PHASE 1. Documentation required to obtain an urban planning works permit: Required documentation

  • Application for urban planning license
  • Basic works project with the content of annex 2 of Act 7/2013 or said content in technical documentation attached to the basic project and the activities project must be submitted subsequently or the full activities project submitted from the beginning.
  • Activity summary sheet (form A3) duly filled in, at the time the activity project is submitted.
  • Statement of Compliance by the engineer/architect in charge (form A7) duly filled in if the approved technical documentation has not been submitted.

PHASE 2. Required documentation to start and exercise the activity:

  • Statement of Compliance for initiation and exercise of an ongoing activity (form A1) duly filled in.
  • Technical activity certificate (form A6) duly filled in.
  • As-built drawings of the facility.
  • Statement of Compliance by the engineer/architect in charge (form A7) duly filled in if the approved technical documentation has not been submitted.
  • Technical certificate issued by works management.

All documentation must also be provided in digital format (pdf).

Where to request it?

In the General Registry of the City Council offices or in the Digital Registry of the electronic office of the City Council www.santaeulalia.net (provided that the applicant has a digital signature in accordance with section 10 of Act 39/2015).

Price and method of payment

  • By self-assessment generated by the General Registry on the basis of the documentation submitted and according to the rate established in the Municipal Tax Ordinance of the current year. 
  • In the General Registry by means of a charge card on submission of the documentation.
  • Payment on the day the documentation is submitted or on the following day in any bank listed on the self-assessment form or on-line on the Santa Eulària des Riu City Council’s website.

  • Act 7/2013 of 26 November on the legal basis of facilities, access to and exercise of activities in the Balearic Islands (BOIB -Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands- 166 of 30 November) and amendment of the same by Act 6/2019 of 8 February (BOIB 21 of 16 February).
  • Act 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Authorities (BOE -Spanish Official Gazette- 236 of 2 October).
  • Tax ordinance of the Santa Eulària des Riu City Council.
  • Other municipal ordinances depending on the activity requested.
